We make every effort to display our products, colours, finishes, dimensions and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, natural differences in materials, handmade manufacturing processes, and changes to suppliers or materials.

All dimensions and measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

3. Made-to-Order Items

Many Moonchild Trading (Pty) Ltd products are made to order.

Lead times may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the relevant product page for the most up-to-date estimated manufacturing lead time.

Lead times are estimates and may be affected by order volumes, supplier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors or inaccurate product information at any time.

Should an error affect an order that has already been placed, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Payment

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or place an order on hold if payment is not received, is declined, reversed or flagged as potentially fraudulent.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Shipping rates vary depending on the products included in your order and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated manufacturing lead times do not include courier delivery time.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier. While we will always do our best to assist with delivery enquiries, Moonchild Trading (Pty) Ltd cannot guarantee courier delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, public holidays, severe weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

8. Safe Use of Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are assembled, installed and used safely, correctly and for their intended purpose.

Children’s furniture, climbing equipment and accessories must be used under appropriate adult supervision.

Customers must follow any assembly, care, safety or usage instructions supplied with the product or displayed on the relevant product page.

Moonchild Trading (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for damage or injury caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete assembly

• Misuse of a product

• Use of a product for a purpose other than its intended purpose

• Failure to supervise a child appropriately

• Unauthorised alterations or modifications

• Normal wear and tear

• Failure to follow the supplied safety or care instructions

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights available to customers under applicable South African consumer law.

All content on this website, including photographs, images, videos, text, product descriptions, logos, graphics, illustrations and designs, belongs to Moonchild Trading (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated.
