All of our products are made to order. Please check the relevant product page for the most up-to-date lead time, as this may vary by item.

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched via our courier partner and you will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on the way.

Shipping rates vary depending on the item and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most main city centre deliveries take approximately 1–4 working days after dispatch. Outlying areas may take a little longer.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Moonchild Trading (pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied at checkout.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please email us as soon as possible at sam@moonchild.co.za with your order number and clear photographs so that we can assist you promptly.
