Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

Because many of our products are made to order, we ask that you please read product descriptions, dimensions, finish details, and lead times carefully before placing your order.

Returns for Change of Mind

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided that:

• the item is unused
• the item is unassembled
• the item is in its original packaging
• the item is returned in resaleable condition

Approved returns will be refunded less:

• the original shipping fee, and
• a return fee of R160

These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• custom or personalised items
• digital products
• items that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery
• items not returned in their original packaging and condition

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at sam@moonchild.co.za with your order number and photographs of the issue so that we can assist.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, less any applicable shipping and return fees where permitted.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
